These Terms and Conditions govern your use of NU Outfits and your purchase of our products.
We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
2. Product Availability & Pricing
All products displayed on our website are subject to availability.
Prices are listed in BDT and may change without prior notice.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders if an incorrect price is displayed due to a typographical or system error.
3. Order & Payment
Customers must provide accurate billing and shipping information during checkout.
The order will be processed only after confirming the order by calling the customer.
4. Delivery Policy
We strive to deliver all orders within a maximum of 5 days from the order confirmation date.
Delivery times may vary based on location, unforeseen circumstances, or high-demand periods.
Customers will receive a tracking number once the order is shipped.
If a delivery delay occurs, we will notify the customer via email or phone.
5. Returns & Refunds
Return Terms & Policy:
- Please check the product in front of the delivery man and return it to him if it doesn’t meet your expectations. However, you have to pay the return charge.
Note: Delivery charges are not in our hands.
Refund Terms & Policy:
If we are unable to deliver any paid order of our customer in that case we refund the amount to our customer.
We refund the full amount within 07 working days.
6. User Responsibilities
Users must not engage in fraudulent activities, misuse our website, or attempt to disrupt our services.
Any violation of these terms may result in account suspension or legal action.
7. Limitation of Liability
NU Outfits shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products.
8. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed and interpreted under the laws of BANGLADESH
9. Exchange Terms & Policy:
1. If a customer gets the wrong product after purchasing, we will exchange the product for free shipping.
2. The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed and without any damage.
3. The product must include the original tags and accessories
4. After receiving the product within 36 hours an exchange policy will be available.
5. Exchange policy will be available for the same product only.
6. No refund or exchange for discounted products.
